That said, we completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy below for more information.

RETURNS

We accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at koildn24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure and mention your request for an exchange in the email.

We will ship the replacement product once the original item is received and approved for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

Items not in their original packaging.
